PRICING FOR LARGE EVENTS, RECEPTIONS & WEDDINGS:

The house comes fully decorated for the appropriate season and rents as a whole for a four-hour time period.

0 – 150 guests* is $4,300.00

*Wedding ceremonies are limited to a maximum set up of 75 guests in the main courtyard, 40 guests in Oak Alley and 50 guests in the pavilion.

PRICING FOR BRUNCHES, LUNCHES, DINNERS, BUS TOURS, SEMINARS & PRIVATE PARTIES:

We offer a price-per-person option for smaller events, limited to a two-hour time period
$59.00 – $79.00 per person

*Must have a minimum of 30 guests

PHOTO SESSIONS:

The Edgemont House rents as a whole for $300.00 per hour for a photo session, which includes both the interior and exterior of the estate.

THE SEASONS AT THE EDGEMONT HOUSE ARE:

Spring / Summer: (March – 2nd week in September) tons of plants and flowers full of color both inside and throughout the gardens.
Fall: (2nd week in September – 2nd week in November) which sees the house with over 700+ pumpkins and fall plants.
Holiday: (Mid-November – end of the year) Basically, it is Christmas on steroids!

We offer a one-hour grace-hour, prior to the rental time for vendors to set up.
As we are in an historic residential neighborhood, there can be no outside music after 9:00 pm
We offer surround sound via SONOS throughout the property so you may “plug in” and play your own playlist.
All catering must be done through our exclusive in-house caterer. (Contract will be directly between caterer and guest.)

You may bring in your own liquor, but it must be served by our professional bartender. (Contract will be directly between bartender and guest.)

Parking is on-street parking, with accommodations for those guests that are disabled.
